• How do I know if my REEDS store is open?

Yes. The health and safety of our customers, associates, their families and our communities is our top priority. Reeds is following the guidance of leading health officials and state regulations to reopen stores. This means that all of our store locations are open, and are following strict guidelines to protect public health according to state recommendations. If your REEDS is temporarily closed for any reason, you can call us at 844-REEDS-40 or visit us at REEDS.com.

 

• What precautions are you taking in stores that have reopened?

Reeds is following the guidance of leading health officials and state regulations to reopen, while implementing cleaning, PPE, and social distancing practices.

 

• My local store is closed and I would like to pick up a repair and/or inquire about my special order. What should I do?

All of our stores are currently open, but in the event that your local REEDS is closed, and you have an urgent matter regarding your repair or special order, you can call our team at 1-844-733-3740 for further assistance, Monday -Friday 9AM-8PM, Saturday 10AM – 5PM, Sunday 11AM-5PM.

 

 • Can I ship my jewelry repair to you for service?

Yes, you can send a repair in to our corporate headquarters.  The turnaround time cannot be guaranteed at this point, but we will contact you upon receipt with an estimate.

• Am I still required to come in for my jewelry warranty inspection and cleaning, if required by my warranty?

Yes, now that stores are open, we will be able to inspect and clean your jewelry to maintain your warranty.

 

• When I order online, what precautions are you taking to ensure my package has been packaged safely?

We are following all guidelines issued from the CDC and ensuring the safety of our team and customers. Our distribution team wears masks while packaging orders, and frequently sanitizes their hands and workstations.

 

• If I purchase a new piece of jewelry, can it be sized to fit?

In most cases, we can size the item you purchased.

 

• Will delivery timing be affected by COVID-19?

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, you may experience delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We value our customers greatly and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

 

• Do I have to sign to receive a package sent to me?

No, you do not need to physically sign. Our carriers are taking alternative measures to ensure that packages can be delivered, even when a required signature is indicated on the package.

 

• Will you be deferring payment on my Reeds credit card?

• Can I cancel my layaway?

Layaways in good standing may be cancelled upon your request. If a layaway has gone into default prior to the store closures, then they cannot be cancelled. Please contact customer service at 844-REEDS-40 with your specific inquiry.
