PLEASE NOTE: Jewelry Care Plans are only available to residents of the United Sates and military and government personnel with APO, FPO or DPO addresses. REEDS customers who purchase their Care Plan at a REEDS Jewelers store will be covered when traveling internationally. First—so sorry you went through this experience (we imagine there was a good amount of crawling around on your hands and knees and probably some tears...) But good news: Yes, our lifetime care plan includes a one-time replacement. We'll have it set and sparkling again for you in no time.



Congrats! Not only are you having a sweet bundle of joy, but you get unlimited free ring resizings under your lifetime care plan. Don't forget, we can also alter the length of chains or earring back posts if you want—those are covered too.

You'll need your order and service contract number to use your care plan, and we print that on the receipt. But our store associates are pretty good sleuths, so get in touch with your local REEDS and we'll probably be able to help.

Keep your PANDORA charm as beautiful as the day it arrived.

Protect your PANDORA charm with our PANDORA Charm Care Plan. Our charm care plans provide three years of protection for the entire PANDORA charm, with a one-time replacement if your charm is damaged due to defects (including those caused by normal wear and tear). Customer service is available 24/7 at 1-866-742-2562 or simply bring your charm to a REEDS store for in-store replacement. With our PANDORA Charm Care Plan, you can wear your charms with confidence all the time!

3-Year PANDORA Charm Protection Includes:

Coverage from failures including those due to normal wear & tear, such as:*

  • Broken or dented metal
  • Worn or damaged finishes
  • Chipped or broken enamel
  • Broken clasps

If you wish for your charm to be repaired and not replaced, let your REEDS associate know and, if possible, every attempt will be made to restore the charm to its original beauty.

How to obtain service under a REEDS Care Plan

Obtaining service with a REEDS Care Plan is easy.

For customers near a REEDS store

If you are near a REEDS store, you simply take your watch or jewelry item that was covered under a REEDS Care Plan back to any REEDS Jewelers store. Be sure to bring the following with you:

  • your original REEDS purchase receipt (from a REEDS store, Reeds.com or a REEDS catalog purchase)
  • your copy of the REEDS Care Plan brochure that was provided to you when you first purchased the item

These items may be required to obtain service.
