Pricing Policy

Should any pricing or copy errors occur on this or any third-party website operated by or on behalf of REEDS Jewelers, Inc., we reserve the right to correct them. We strive to maintain an accurate price representation for all products represented herein. Price discrepancies, as the result of technical or human error, will not be honored.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is determined by the state and zip code to which you are delivering your order and is calculated based on the total cost of your order.  We currently charge tax on orders delivered to the following states:

Quality Control

All products are carefully inspected by our quality control team when they are received from our vendors. They verify that each item meets the exacting quality standards that we have set for that product. Our quality control team will again inspect your order prior to shipping to ensure the product still meets these standards after having been sized or custom ordered.

Order Processing

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, you may experience delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We value our customers greatly and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

 

Order processing in most cases will include credit card validation, name and address verification, and fraud protection screening for your security. Order processing also includes sizing and special ordering if required. Once these steps are complete, your order is ready for final inspection and packaging.

Orders for in-stock items that do not require special sizing or ordering will be processed as follows:

  • Orders placed prior to 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

Orders requiring special sizing ordering will be processed as follows:

  • Standard sizes for most rings are size 7 for women and 10 for men. To request a ring in any other size can add up to 3 business days to the total delivery time. The ship-by date listed reflects 3 days added to the processing time.
  • Some ring materials, such as stainless steel, titanium, or intricately carved or engraved rings must be special ordered, for non-standard sizes, from the manufacturer. The additional time that will be added to the total delivery time is noted in the drop-down menu where the size is chosen.
  • If you cannot find what you want among our, extensive online selection, please don't hesitate to contact us for any special requests. We will attempt to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

Split Orders

It is our goal to ensure that all customers receive their merchandise in the timeliest manner possible. If all the items on an order are not available to ship from one location we will, at no cost to you, fulfill the order from multiple locations. When this occurs you will receive a shipment confirmation email with multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping and Delivery Options

Once processed, your order will be shipped out and arrive at your designated shipping destination according to the delivery method you selected when you placed your order. Current shipping and delivery options for in-stock items include the following;

  • Standard - FREE on ALL orders: Orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost® or UPS Surepost and should arrive within 2-7 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center. The date shown on the shipping page reflects this.

  • Express - $8.50 or FREE on orders over $200: Express Flat Rate and should arrive within 2 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center. The date shown on the shipping page reflects this.

  • Overnight -  $15 flat rate:  Orders will be shipped via FedEx® or UPS Overnight service and should arrive within 1 business day* of being shipped from our fulfillment center. The date shown on the shipping page reflects this.

  • PO Box - FREE on ALL orders: Orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost or USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 7-9 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center. The date shown on the shipping page reflects this.

  • APO/FPO - FREE on all orders: Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 7-14 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center. The date shown on the shipping page reflects this.

  • Alaska and Hawaii - $25: Orders will be shipped via FedEx Express or UPS 2nd Day Air and should arrive within 2 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center. The date shown on the shipping page reflects this.

  • Same Day Delivery – Now available in the Charlotte, NC & Columbia, SC area. Just $13 per delivery for a limited time! $19.95 flat delivery rate applied to your order for same day delivery.  We want to ensure your order is safe, so we require a signature on orders over $1,000.  Orders placed by noon will be delivered by 6:00 p.m. the same day in the Charlotte area (for reference, this means we deliver to locations within 40 miles of our Charlotte area stores – Eastridge Mall, Carolina Place Mall, Northlake Mall, and Concord Mills Mall.) Orders placed by noon will be delivered by 6:00 p.m. the same day in the Columbia area (for reference, this means we deliver to locations within 40 miles of our Columbia area stores – The Village at Sandhill Mall, & Columbia Centre Mall.) The closest or your favorite store will determine the availability of Same Day Delivery on items as you shop.  You will be given a selection of available locations to choose from at Checkout.  One fulfillment type per order can be chosen.  Please visit Reeds Concierge to contact us if you have any questions. 

  • Buy online, pick up in store – Select your local store and browse items to see what is available for pickup at your nearby Reeds location.  Select the pickup-in-store option at checkout.  Please wait until you receive your Ready For Pickup email before you head to the store.  An associate will assist you when you arrive at the store to pick up your order.  The closest or your favorite store will determine the availability of Pickup on items as you shop.  You will be given a selection of available locations to choose from at Checkout.  One fulfillment type per order can be chosen.  Please visit Reeds Concierge to contact us if you have any questions. 

  • Curbside – Select Reeds locations offer curbside pickup – Mayfaire Town Center, Wilmington, NC; Cross Creek Mall, Fayetteville, NC; Jefferson Village, Greensboro, NC; Destin Commons, Destin, FL; University Mall, Tuscaloosa, AL; Lynnhaven Mall, Virginia Beach, VA .  The closest or your favorite store will determine the availability of Curbside Pickup on items as you shop.  You will be given a selection of available locations to choose from at Checkout.  One fulfillment type per order can be chosen.  Please visit Reeds Concierge to contact us if you have any questions.

*Transit times listed in this section reflect the shipping method duration. The Delivery date” shown on the shipping page is Ship Date + Transit Time = Delivery Date. This is when you should expect your item to be delivered. It is possible that your order will arrive sooner. If you have multiple items in your shopping bag, the Delivery Date on your confirmation page defaults to the item with the latest date listed.
