THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. warrants, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase, the hands, movement and dial face plate of this watch to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Only watches purchased at Authorized Victorinox Swiss Army retailers are covered under warranty.

Excluded from warranty coverage is any damage to the band, crystal (glass), battery or any other part of the watch not expressly warranted herein, as well as damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use. All watches that meet our warranty requirements, including battery changes, must be repaired by a Victorinox Swiss Army Authorized Service Center. The warranty becomes null and void if the case back is opened by anyone other than an Authorized Service Center. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional rights may be available under the laws of your State or Province.

Effective October 1, 2007 Swiss Army watches converted to the brand name of Victorinox Swiss Army, the new name will appear on the dial. Any timepieces sent in for dial repair may reflect this branding change.

If your Victorinox Swiss Army watch has a manufacturer's defect covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace it, at our option, without charge. Please ship all watches to the Authorized Service Center in appropriate protective packaging and include the information below. Please ship watches via US Mail Certified, Registered Mail Insured, or by FedEx, and retain the tracking number to easily locate the repair. It is recommended that you insure your package.

While there is no charge for repair or replacement of the watch during the warranty period, there is a $15.00 charge for postage, handling, insurance and related costs which will be billed to you. Victorinox Swiss Army accepts payments via Visa and MasterCard only. Cash and checks are not accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience. Alternatively, if you purchased your watch in California, you may return it to the retailer from whom it was purchased and the repair will be handled without the $15.00 handling charge.

A damaged watch not covered by our warranty can be repaired by one of our Authorized Service Centers. Note that repair costs and handling charges may apply.
