Pricing Policy

Should any pricing or copy errors occur on this or any third party website operated by or on behalf of REEDS Jewelers, Inc., we reserve the right to correct them. We strive to maintain an accurate price representation for all products represented herein. Price discrepancies, as the result of technical or human error, will not be honored.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is determined by the state and zip code to which you are delivering your order, and is calculated based on the total cost of your order. There is no tax charged for orders delivered to states that do NOT have a REEDS store location. We currently have stores in the following states:

Quality Control

All products are carefully inspected by our quality control team when they are received from our vendors. They verify that each item meets the exacting quality standards that we have set for that product. Our quality control team will again inspect your order prior to shipping to insure the product still meets these standards after having been sized or custom ordered.

Order Processing

Order processing in most cases will include credit card validation, name and address verification and fraud protection screening for your security. Order processing also includes sizing and special ordering if required. Once these steps are complete, your order is ready for final inspection and packaging.

Orders for in stock items that do not require special sizing or ordering will be processed as follows:

  • Orders placed prior to 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

Orders requiring special sizing ordering will be processed as follows:

  • Standard sizes for most rings are size 7 for women and 10 for men. To request a ring in any other size can add up to 5 business days to the total delivery time. The additional time that will be added to the total delivery time is noted in the drop down menu where the size is chosen.
  • Some ring materials, such as stainless steel, titanium or intricately carved or engraved rings must be special ordered, for non-standard sizes, from the manufacturer. The additional time that will be added to the total delivery time is noted in the drop down menu where the size is chosen.
  • If you cannot find what you want among our, extensive online selection, please don't hesitate to contact us for any special requests. We will attempt to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

Split Orders

It is our goal to ensure that all customers receive their merchandise in the timeliest manner possible. If all the items on an order are not available to ship from one location we will, at no cost to you, fulfill the order from multiple locations. When this occurs you will receive a shipment confirmation email with multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping and Delivery Options

REEDS Jewelers is proud to provide our customers with free shipping on all orders!

Once processed, your order will be shipped out and arrive at your designated shipping destination according to the delivery method you selected when you placed your order. Please note: Orders over $300 will require a signature requirement. Current shipping and delivery options for in stock items include the following;

  • Economy: Orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost® or UPS Surepost and should arrive within 7-9 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • Standard: Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground® or UPS Ground and should arrive within 3-5 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • Expedited: Orders will be shipped via FedEx Express Saver® or UPS 3 Day Select and should arrive within 3 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • Express: Orders will be shipped via FedEx Express® or UPS 2nd Day Air and should arrive within 2 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • Overnight: Orders will be shipped via FedEx® or UPS Overnight service and should arrive within 1 business day* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • PO Box - FREE: Orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost or USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 7-9 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • APO/FPO - FREE: Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 7-14 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • Alaska and Hawaii - $25: Orders will be shipped via FedEx Express or UPS 2nd Day Air and should arrive within 2 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • SHOPRunner 2-Day: ShopRunner is a membership program that gives you and your family Unlimited Free 2-Day Shipping and other great benefits on millions of Eligible Items from the Biggest and the Best stores. Orders will be shipped via FedEx Express or UPS 2nd Day Air and should arrive within 2 business days* of being shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • FedEx® CrossBorder Shipping - We have collaborated with FedEx CrossBorder to service our international customers. Shipping costs and transit time* will vary depending on the location of the delivery address. All questions regarding shipping costs and delivery time should be submitted to FedEx CrossBorder Member Support at FCBSupport@ftn.fedex.com.

*Transit times listed in this section do not include order processing time.. All items on REEDS.com have a "Processing Time" and a "Transit Time". To determine when you will receive each item in your order, add "Processing Time" and "Transit Time" together (Processing Time + Transit Time = Total Estimated Time for Delivery). For example, if you have selected an item that has a processing time of 3-5 business days, and you select Overnight shipping, then your item will be delivered within 4-6 business days. For additional information on order processing times, please refer to the section titled Order Processing.

  • All orders where the REEDS Jewelers credit card is used as payment must be sent to the customer’s billing address.
  • Shipping to an Alternate or Non-Billing Address*

    For gift givers who want to surprise their loved one with a gift, we want to help you maintain the surprise and get your gift where you need it when you need it. We can ship your gift via Express Delivery to get it there quickly for a fast-upcoming special occasion, or we can work with you to get your order shipped to your work or other location that is not your home billing address to help you maintain your surprise. Orders over $300 will require a signature requirement, for the safety of your package. If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination.

    As a convenience to customers who wish to ship valuable items to addresses that are not their home billing addresses while still protecting against fraud, most credit card issuing banks allow their customers to register these alternate addresses in advance. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank first before shopping from our web site or catalog and provide them with your desired alternate shipping address.

    Once you place an order choose a shipping address other than your billing address, we will contact your bank and confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address, such as your place of work, on file, and rapidly process your order.

    *These options are not available on purchases where a REEDS Jewelers Credit Card is used as payment.
