- Warranty Extension: Join My IWC to extend the warranty to a total of 8 years.
- Eligibility: Applies to new watches purchased from authorized IWC boutiques or retailers.
- Service Warranty: 24 months on complete and restoration services, 12 months on simple services, for work done by IWC Schaffhausen.
How to Get the Extension:
- Scan the QR code on your International Limited Warranty card.
- Register your timepiece through the My IWC portal on the IWC website.
- You must register while the original 2-year warranty is still valid.
What's Covered (and not):
- Covered: Manufacturing and material defects.
- Not Covered (Generally): Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Service & Claims:
- To claim, the watch must have a completed, stamped, and signed warranty card from an authorized seller.
- You can request a prepaid shipping kit from the IWC website to send your watch for service.
