Crafted in gleaming 14k yellow gold, this ornate ring features a 7x5mm oval-shaped blue sapphire gemstone centered in a vintage-inspired frame. Milgrain detailing and sparkling diamonds add to the timeless elegance of this design. The diamonds are 1/20ctw, I in color, and I1 in clarity.
