PANDORA’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
PANDORA warrants all non-watch products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. PANDORA warrants watches for a period of THREE (3) YEARS from the date of original retail purchase. During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, PANDORA will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at PANDORA’s expense; (ii) replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. PANDORA shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to PANDORA. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes PANDORA’s property.
Cut Chain/Stuck Charm
If the chain has been cut or twisted to pieces, the jewelry is not covered by the warranty. Please do not try to repair the jewelry yourself. Do not attempt to force the charms off or to cut the chain. If a charm has become stuck, it could be due to the charm itself or the bracelet. Therefore, always send all the parts to a REEDS Jewelers Store Location for repair. If you are not located near a REEDS Jewelers Store Location, you can contact us directly for assistance.
If it is determined that the piece of jewelry is defective, it will be covered by the warranty and the item will be repaired or exchanged free of charge.
The warranty does not cover defects which arise as a result of the customer using non-genuine charms on PANDORA bracelets. In such cases, the bracelet will be returned to you.
What do I do if my PANDORA jewelry is lost or stolen?
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. PANDORA recommends the use of safety chains on bracelets and insurance coverage is advisable on all valuable jewelry.
My PANDORA jewelry is damaged. What should I do?
Please return faulty or damaged items to any REEDS Jewelers Store Location so they can be sent to the PANDORA Repairs and Services Department for evaluation. We would advise that you return to the store where the item was originally purchased. If you are not located near a REEDS Jewelers Store Location, you can contact us directly for assistance. You will be kept up-to-date on the progress of your repair/replacement and the item will be returned to the store when the assessment/repair is complete.
Can my PANDORA jewelry be repaired?
This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment. PANDORA offers repair service, which includes clasps replacement, fixing clasps, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps.
A small fee may be required for repairs made for items outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by PANDORA. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-PANDORA products. The crystal, crown, strap and bracelet are excluded from the warranty for watches. Use of batteries other than PANDORA recommended batteries in watches may cause damage. Using non-PANDORA beads can damage PANDORA bracelets. Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your PANDORA products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the Care and Cleaning instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your PANDORA product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your PANDORA product.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANDORA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF PANDORA CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. PANDORA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO PANDORA RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
