All PANDORA jewelry products are covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Using non-PANDORA charms can damage PANDORA bracelets. As such, PANDORA will not replace, fix, or repair a product that has been used with non-PANDORA products. Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your PANDORA products to harsh chemicals or environments. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your PANDORA product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, oceans and spas.

Maintenance/Wear and Tear
Gold and silver are soft metals and become worn with use. This applies to all jewelry. Depending on the degree of use, it is advised that you have your PANDORA jewelry checked at least once a year by a goldsmith. Clasps, mounts and soldering should be checked.
Cut Chain/Stuck Charm
If the chain has been cut or twisted to pieces, the jewelry is not covered by the warranty. Please do not try to repair the jewelry yourself. Do not attempt to force the charms off or to cut the chain. If a charm has become stuck, it could be due to the charm itself or the bracelet. Therefore, always send all the parts to a REEDS Jewelers Store Location for repair. If you are not located near a REEDS Jewelers Store Location, you can contact us directly for assistance.
If it is determined that the piece of jewelry is defective, it will be covered by the warranty and the item will be repaired or exchanged free of charge.
